We're hiring across engineering, product, design and customer-success. We're a fully remote team across India with regular in-person offsites in Gurugram and Bengaluru. No timezone gymnastics, no monthly bureaucracy — just focused work shipping a product that ~50,000 staff members across 1,200+ restaurants use every day.

  • Senior Backend Engineer (PHP / MySQL) — own the order pipeline, KDS sync, multi-outlet scaling. Bengaluru / remote India.
  • Mobile-first Product Designer — the waiter app and customer QR menu are 80% of your work. Remote India.
  • Customer Success Manager (F&B background) — owned 4+ restaurants? Come help our biggest chains succeed. Gurugram preferred.
  • AI / ML Engineer (forecasting + assistants) — Ketpy AI assistant + demand prediction. Bengaluru / remote.
  • Solutions Engineer — South India — on-the-ground rollouts at multi-outlet groups. Chennai / Bengaluru.

How we hire

  1. Application + 200-word "why this role" — 5 minutes of your time.
  2. 30-minute screen with hiring manager — about your work, not algorithm trivia.
  3. Take-home task — paid (₹5,000), 3-4 hour scope, due within a week.
  4. 2-hour technical deep-dive on your submission + team-fit chat. Done over video.
  5. Reference check + offer within 5 business days.

We don't do whiteboard coding rounds or surprise leetcode. We read the take-home, we discuss it, we offer.

Our principles for engineers

  • Ship small, ship often. The reverse is the antipattern.
  • Boring tech for boring problems. We use vanilla PHP + MySQL + a tiny JS layer. We're proud of that choice.
  • Run what you build. There's no separate ops team. If your code wakes someone at 3am, that someone is you.
  • Restaurants are not a hobby. Spend a Sunday at one of our customer's outlets before you start writing code for them.
