1. Who we are
Restpy is operated by Ketpy ("Ketpy", "we"). Registered office: Gurugram, Haryana, India. CIN: U72200HR2024PTC112233.
2. What we collect
- Restaurant data — business name, GSTIN, FSSAI, bank details, menu, staff list, orders, invoices.
- Guest data — name, phone, email, address (if delivery), order history. Owned by the restaurant; Restpy is a processor.
- Account data — email, password hash, IP address, device fingerprint, login times.
3. Why we collect it
To run the service: take orders, send invoices, support staff, prevent fraud. We never sell guest data to third parties.
4. Where it lives
Encrypted at rest in AWS Mumbai (ap-south-1). Backed up nightly to a second region. TLS 1.3 in transit.
5. Sharing
We share data only with: (a) Razorpay/Stripe for payments, (b) Twilio/Whatsapp for messaging, (c) law enforcement on lawful order. Nothing else.
6. Your rights (GDPR / DPDP Act)
Export, correct or delete your data anytime via our self-serve portal or by emailing info@ketpy.com. We respond within 30 days.
7. Cookies
Essential cookies for login + CSRF only. No tracking, no third-party analytics, no ad pixels.
8. Children
The service is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
9. Changes
We notify all account owners by email at least 14 days before any material change.
