1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Restpy you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. The service
Restpy is a software-as-a-service platform for restaurants. We provide tools — you operate your business.
3. Subscription & billing
Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. The 2-day free trial starts on signup; you may cancel before it ends to avoid charges. Annual plans renew automatically; you may cancel anytime, with a refund pro-rated per our refund policy.
4. Acceptable use
No illegal items on the menu, no scraping, no reverse-engineering, no abuse of API rate limits, no impersonation of staff. Violations may lead to immediate suspension.
5. Restaurant data
You own all data you upload. We process it on your instructions, never sell it, and surrender it on request.
6. Uptime & SLA
We target 99.9% monthly uptime. If we miss it, you get pro-rated credits per our SLA addendum.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You may close your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate for non-payment, breach of terms, or legal compulsion.
9. Governing law
Indian law. Exclusive jurisdiction: courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
