Refund Policy

SaaS subscription refunds
Restpy plans (Starter / Pro / Apex) can be refunded under these conditions:
- Within 7 days of your first paid invoice — full refund, no questions, if you have not used the system to place real orders (i.e. only test data).
- Mid-cycle cancellation on a monthly plan — no prorated refund; access continues until the end of the paid month.
- Annual / half-yearly / quarterly plans — prorated refund of the unused months, less a 10% administrative fee, if you cancel before the term ends.
Customer order refunds (paid through your restaurant's Restpy menu)
If a customer disputes a paid order, that refund is between the customer and the restaurant. Restpy provides the tooling in Manager → Orders → Refund to issue the refund through Razorpay. We do not adjudicate guest disputes.
How to request a SaaS refund
Email team@ketpy.com from the registered owner email with your restaurant slug and the invoice you're asking about. We respond within 3 working days and complete approved refunds within 7 working days via the original payment method.
